| Lawrence (Larry) Shaw CEO and co-founder Larry Shaw, a licensed pharmacist with an MBA, purchased HART, a small chain of pharmacies in Seattle, Wash., in 1974. In 1976 HART expanded by developing and distributing the high-quality over the counter medications that franchisees distribute today. In 1997 he spearheaded the launch into the on-site van service that became the foundation of HART Health’s franchise system. Larry lives on a houseboat in Seattle a short distance from the houseboat featured in the romantic comedy classic Sleepless in Seattle. |

| Ramesh K. Rao, Chief Operating Officer
Ramesh Rao has been our Chief Operating Officer since October 2009. Prior to joining HART Health he has been a principal in various commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate development partnerships headquartered in Seattle. From 1989 to 2006, he held numerous positions with Blockbuster, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Vice President and General Manager of Movie Brands, Inc.; Vice President of Domestic Franchise Operations; Vice President of International Franchise; Vice President of Business and Commercial Development International; and Vice President of Finance International. Ramesh is married with 2 boys. When he isn’t providing strategic and tactical direction to the organization, he can be found navigating Seattle in his SUV taking his boys to and from soccer practice. |

David Wagner has been our National Sales Manager since April 2006 and he has been National Accounts Manager for NorMed, Inc. since June 2005. From January 2003 to June 2005, he was Pacific Northwest Manager for Xyron, Inc., a graphics equipment and design firm located in Scottsdale, Ariz. |
