Systems and Support

At HART Health, our passion for making things that work better than anything on the market doesn’t stop at first aid supplies. We believe in keeping our customers once we earn them and we know that the secret to retaining long-term customers is to treat them better than they expect.

Training Welcome Sign

With first aid supplies, HART Health reduces the hassles of stocking supplies, gives customers control over what goes into each first aid station and makes sure they always have what they need.

As a HART Health franchisee, you’ll stock and manage several hundred wall mounted first aid kits. We’ve taken great care to create systems that help you stay organized, help your customers and run a more successful and profitable business.

Hand-held Inventory Control Devices
One reason our customers leave the competitors is that they ‘over-stuff’ wall kits with unnecessary supplies. Supply companies make more if they stock more so kits often get overloaded with extra supplies. This drives up the cost and frustrates purchasing agents.

This is the primary reason companies switch vendors. So we developed a proprietary hand-held device that stores the exact inventory for each First Aid kit you service. You pull up the inventory list, check each item and mark what is missing. Once you get back to your supply van, you print out a refill list directly from the hand-held device. You then restock each box and move on to the next customer.

This system provides records of every item you’ve stocked and eliminates the need to keep track of customers, inventory lists or usage data. Best of all, this keeps customers happy because boxes are filled properly and purchasing agents know that they don’t have overstocked supplies. Our inventory control system gives us a significant competitive advantage.

Automated Inventory Restocking System
With any supply business, managing your inventory can be a nightmare. How much do you buy? How much do you need to keep on hand? When should you order? If you run out of inventory, making extra service trips costs time and money. If you order too much, the products could go out of date or the cost could eat up working capital for other needs. We’ve developed an amazing system to help with this:

While you service, the hand-held wireless device tracks and then at the end of the day transmits the items you used back to our main warehouse in Seattle. Once a week we electronically tally your usage and then our diligent shipping staff pulls and ships you an order of everything you’ve distributed during the week to replace your inventory. Once a week, you’ll receive this automated shipment of replacement first aid supplies that you can store in your home office or garage. Best of all, because it’s all automated you’ll never have to order supplies, fill out forms and paperwork or track what your customers use. It all happens seamlessly and you’ll always have just what you need to take care of your customers.

Automated Customer Billing and Collections
For many small businesses, managing invoicing, billing and collections is difficult. Many business owners are sales-focused and keeping the books up-to-date is an afterthought. They often struggle with cash flow because even though they’ve earned revenue on paper, they have not invoiced clients or followed up to collect past due invoices.

We understand the importance of keeping the revenue flowing into your business so we developed a state-of-the-art accounting system. When you return to your van to print out your customers restocking order, our system prints out a packing list for you on the spot to leave with the customer. At the end of your service day your hand held wireless device sends the information to the home office in Seattle. We take care of mailing each of your customers a formal bill for the supplies you restocked.

The customer pays HART Health directly and we deduct the cost of your replacement inventory and basic franchise fees and send you a check for your net. We follow up with your slow pay customers so you seldom have to be the ‘bad cop’ leaving you free to build your business.

You always have money coming in the door, you never have to worry about purchasing inventory and you never have to bill your customers.

How easy is that?
